USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River provides the opportunity for everyone to pay tribute to fallen soldiers in a peaceful and scenic environment. The uncovered remnants of the USS Arizona sit on five acres that are open to the public at no charge featuring the original boathouse of the USS Arizona and a self-guided walking path
SHINE A LIGHT ON HEROISM
The USS Arizona Memorial Gardens at Salt River honors the brave U.S. forces aboard the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. As a nation, we are forever indebted to those who serve and give their lives for our freedom, and we are proud to honor them and share their stories in these gardens.
A PLACE TO REFLECT AND PAY RESPECT
The Memorial Gardens are built around the boat house relic, which was pulled from the sunken remains of the USS Arizona and is now enclosed in an onsite glass display. The boat house is able to be viewed at any time, even when the relic room is not open.
Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day
This year marks the 82nd year since the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. On December 7, 2023 at 10am, we honored the Flag of the USS Arizona BB-39 and the 1,177 crew members aboard the USS Arizona. Press play and watch the Ceremony.
